Well, as part of my grade 9 art practical for term two, I [along with every other art student in the grade] had to enter the "Design an Ad" competition. My school's particular task was to design a new logo for eTV and then use it in a print ad. The winner would receive an Apple laptop/computer (along with other goodies and vouchers) and another Apple Mac would be given to the school. Their picture would also be taken and published along with their artwork in the newspaper. And, of course, the winning design would be displayed on eTV for a whole month.

I had no idea what to do and only completed my picture the weekend before exams started. XD My concept was so lame and my logo didn't fit in with it at all. But then, on Friday, I was informed that my ad was up for judging for 2nd or 3rd place! I couldn't believe it when my teacher told me! I'm your above-average art student but I really never thought I'd come remotely close to achieving something like this...I'm so happy!

...I hope I win. XD

P.S 2nd and 3rd also get stuffs but what stuff I have no idea.
